Wonderful recipe! I used sweetener instead of sugar and it was perfect. I’ve always bought unsweetened applesauce to have on hand, but of course there is no comparison! The mashing took a while, so I guess I’ll have to buy an immersion blender at some point. Thanks for a super recipe.Reply
